What Will You Do:

1. Acquire Mitra / Agents from marketplaces to use Shipper as their primary logistic solution.
2. Apply the strategy set by management to increase the acquisition rate and onboarding of Mitra/ Agents.
3. Maintain individual performance and keep Mitra / Agents productive and contribute to growth in the initial phase of the partnership.
4. Generate individual sales activity plans, manage sales visitation, and complete the Merchants/Agents acquisition process.
5. Collaborate with other department stakeholders to streamline the Mitra / Agents acquisition process and fix issues.

What Are The Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related.
2. Minimum 1-year experience in Logistics sales with a wide knowledge of logistic players in the region.
3. Proficiency in working with CRM / Sales platform tools.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
