Job description
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Experience in managing end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals.
Proven experience in B2B sales, within the digital marketing or technology industry would be a plus
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear, persuasive manner.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
Ability to think strategically and align sales and marketing activities with broader company goals.
Experience managing client relationships, understanding their pain points, and providing tailored solutions.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and improve sales and marketing efforts.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving digital agency environment.

Drive and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing high-value business contracts.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.

Track and report on sales performance, ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and content that resonate with B2B clients.
Implement and oversee digital marketing strategies (social media, content marketing, SEO, PPC) to attract qualified leads.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
Manage contracts and ensure that all agreements align with company standards and client expectations.
