Job description
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in managing end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, within the digital marketing or technology industry would be a plus
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear, persuasive manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
  • Ability to think strategically and align sales and marketing activities with broader company goals.
  • Experience managing client relationships, understanding their pain points, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and improve sales and marketing efforts.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving digital agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing high-value business contracts.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities and potential clients in a variety of industries.
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored marketing solutions to achieve their business objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, plans, and campaigns to meet revenue targets.
  • Track and report on sales performance, ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and content that resonate with B2B clients.
  • Implement and oversee digital marketing strategies (social media, content marketing, SEO, PPC) to attract qualified leads.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Manage contracts and ensure that all agreements align with company standards and client expectations.
