Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop market and customers effectively.
  • Be familiar with the company's products, investigate and understand the customer needs of the target market.
  • Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects' positions in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options to customers.
  • Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve their production through the use of our products.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
  • Gather marketplace information on pricing, products, and merchandising techniques of the latex paint industry.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, chemical majors preferred.
  • Fluent in English or Chinese.
  • More than 3 years of sales experience in additive materials for latex paints.
  • Diligent and self-motivated.
  • Presentation and persuasive skills are required.
  • Latex paints technical experience is preferable.
