Build and maintain business relationships with existing and potential (new) customers within the GT channel by conducting regular business reviews based on market observation feedback and relevant information to grow their business.
Penetrate new products to customers to broaden sales potential, increasing relevance with GT channel strategies.
Execute National and Local GT marketing programs in outlets to increase sales.
Communicate the credit platform & terms of payment to outlets and ensure customer compliance on credit payments in the GT channel to maintain account receivable management.
Provide input to the business in relation to opportunities (e.g., NOO) and customer feedback.
Create availability of relevant SKUs in outlets within the GT channel by generating orders to achieve sales potential.
Educate customers to follow our recommended price, stock amount, CDE, and POSM standards (Picture of Success) for the GT channel to ensure excellent daily sales & marketing execution.
Identify areas for improvement, develop improvement programs, and monitor implementation to increase process efficiency, cost-effectiveness, or productivity.
Take responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policies, plans, procedures, induction, training, and work instructions are followed. Ensure that hazard management, including identification, assessment, and control, is undertaken.

Education Background:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or Diploma Degree
Professional Experience:
Min. 2-3 years of experience in sales area, preferably in the FMCG industry
Qualifications / Certifications:
Experience in Sales & Customer Relationship
Proficient in riding motorbikes, has a driver’s license (SIM), and demonstrates safe driving.
