Sales Executive

Dongguan Jiayaoxing Packaging Products Co., Ltd., affiliated with Hong Kong Jiajiexing Group, provides high-end, green, environmentally friendly packaging solutions. The company has global offices in the United States, Germany, and China and production bases in Dongguan, China, and West Java, Indonesia. Specializing in high-end gift and boutique boxes, it integrates design, production, sales, and supply chain management. Established in 2009, the company has seen rapid growth and recognition in various industries, offering comprehensive packaging and printing services.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in West Java, Indonesia. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include market research, negotiation, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies. The role involves extensive client interaction and travel within the designated region.

1. Proven sales experience in B2B or relevant sector
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
4. Strong market research and analytical skills
5. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
6. Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
7. Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
8. Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
9. Willingness to travel within the region
