Sales Executive

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum D3/S1 education (preferably Marketing/Management).
2. Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales, especially in relevant industries such as Marine, Mining, Drilling, Construction.
3. Open to experiences in other fields.
4. Good communication and negotiation skills.
5. Target oriented and can work under pressure.
6. Able to work independently and over time.
7. Have a proactive, dynamic and results-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities:

1. Set sales targets.
2. Search for and develop new market opportunities.
3. Maintain good relationships with customers, both new and old.
4. Negotiate and draft contracts with customers.
5. Compile sales reports regularly.
6. Work closely with internal teams to ensure optimal customer service.
7. Understand and educate customers about the products offered.
8. Manage customer schedules and visits efficiently.
