Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Sales Executive at Tamora Group located in Kuta Utara. As a Sales Executive, your day-to-day tasks will involve promoting and selling our unique properties to potential buyers. You will be responsible for conducting property tours, negotiating sales agreements, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strong interpersonal and sales skills, as well as a thorough understanding of the real estate market.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in sales or a related field
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  4. Strong knowledge of the real estate market around Bali
  5. Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Fluency in English and Indonesian
  8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  9. Able to do administration
  10. Strong in Microsoft Office and CRM
