Sales Excutive Modern Trade

Responsibilities:

1. Control and monitor the development of the area of responsibility
2. Open new market opportunities to increase sales targets
3. Have existing business partner/customer.
4. Generate and present weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
5. Identify and pursue new market opportunities to achieve sales targets.
6. Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to expand the business.
7. Handle customer complaints.
8. Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing inquiries and feedback.
9. Follow up on customer complaints and comments, as well as customer relations management.

Requirements:

1. Male/Female, maximum age 35 years old.
2. Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK).
3. Minimum 1 year of experience as Sales MT, preferably in the cosmetic or beauty business industry.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build positive relationships with clients.
5. In-depth knowledge of the beauty industry business.
6. Able to work independently and in a team.
7. Possess a valid SIM C and willing to travel for market visits and client meetings.
8. Master the Jabodetabek area and its surroundings.
9. Have own transportation (motorcycle).
10. Able to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales targets.
