Sales Engineer/Manager (based in East Java or West Java or Jakarta)

LKGroup (http://www.lk.world) established in 1979, focusing on three major industries: die-casting machines, injection molding machines, and CNC machining centers, was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2006 (stock code: 00558HK). We are looking for passionate and experienced sales engineers/managers to support our business expansion in the Indonesian market. This position will combine sales skills, technical knowledge, and excellent customer service capabilities to drive sales growth of the company's products in the Indonesian market and ensure continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve the sales targets set by the company;
  2. Regularly generate and submit accurate channels, quotations, sales forecasts, and receipts;
  3. Closely monitor the progress of the current project, implement and execute the delivery scope specified in the purchase order/sales contract, and generate corresponding bills/invoices;
  4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits, provide formal presentations to clients and the industry as needed, and ensure accurate and timely response to client needs;
  5. Maintain existing customer base and develop new customer base from time to time to achieve sustained business expansion;
  6. Continuously monitor market trends and provide feedback on competitor activities, products, prices, promotional plans, and other related information;
  7. Liaise with sales and marketing support, as well as finance departments, regarding workflow systems, timely collection of customer payments, and maintenance of good customer credit status;
  8. Ensure the establishment of credit services with banks/leasing institutions (if required by customers);
  9. Maintain close relationships with agents and distributors.

Job Requirements:

  1. With diploma degree or above, with a background in mechanical, electrical, automation, business and other related fields preferred;
  2. Have at least 3 years of sales experience in relevant fields, with experience and customer resources in mechanical manufacturing, automotive or automotive parts manufacturing, toy manufacturing, plastic and die-casting injection molding industries preferred;
  3. Familiar with trade processes, possessing good market analysis, customer development & negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities;
  4. Proactive, possessing good teamwork spirit and cross-cultural communication skills;
  5. Fluent in Indonesian and English, with additional proficiency in other foreign languages preferred;
  6. Available for long-term domestic and international business trips, and with driving license preferred.
