Actively engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance on the most suitable elevator solutions
Collaborate with the engineering team to design and configure elevator systems that meet customer specifications
Prepare detailed proposals, technical drawings, and installation plans to secure new business
Provide post-sale support, including site inspections, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance recommendations
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and continuously identify opportunities for expansion and upselling
Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure our solutions remain competitive
Requirements:
Degree/S1 in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related technical field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably within the elevator or construction industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and address customer challenges
Proven track record of successfully closing sales and achieving targets
