Job Description

  • Develop sales plans, activities and manage day-to-day activities in order to implement the organization’s overall business strategy for an assigned geography, product line, market segment and customers/accounts.
  • Establish, expand and manage Bosch Rexroth Sales Partners / Distributors in Indonesia.
  • Execute sales and product marketing activities to achieve defined targets and support company business strategies.
  • Proactively search for customer intelligence and create new opportunities in all segments of customers/key accounts.
  • Continuously monitor the result of business operation and development.
  • Demonstration: Explain and demonstrate the product's technical capabilities to prospective customers.
  • Custom Solutions: Work with customers to adapt the product to their specific requirements.
  • Technical Support: Offer technical advice and solutions during the sales cycle and sometimes post-sale.
  • Regular and periodic traveling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial preferred).
  • Min. 3 years of experience in sales for the industrial sector.
  • Knowledge in hydraulics, mechanical, and electrical systems.
  • Understanding of industries, customers, and distribution channel/distributor management.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English.
  • Shows initiative.
  • Strong personality and leadership skills.
  • High level of social competence.
  • Well-developed technical and methodological competence.
  • Proficient knowledge of standard software (MS Office).
  • Basic SAP knowledge (QM module).
