Responsible for generating leads and markets leads for sales growth
Grow and leverage the network by identifying and prospecting new clients in order to increase market share.
Develop long-term relationships with customers.
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs, then lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs.
Persuade clients that our product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
Establish an aggressive and effective overall sales and marketing implementation plan by considering market trends, customers, competitors, and industry.
Establish a vision for committed, loyal, long-term customer relationships and implement the necessary steps to reach the shared vision.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechatronic / Physics Engineering from a reputable university.
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Sales Engineer in Automation / Electrical.
Well-proven technical and interpersonal skills, effective communication, and strong analytical capabilities.
High sense of product sales & services with systematic thinking ability to solve problems.
A proactive and resourceful individual with excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
