Job description

We are looking for a Salesperson to secure short and long-term profitable business for our client through proactive business development based on the fundamental understanding of the customer's business, operations, and objectives. Actively manage and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end-to-end solutions allowing a seamless transition from sales to operations. Develop both internal and external relations in order to actively contribute to making customers and the company successful. This job role could be focused on selling an ERP (ODOO) to Custom Business Solutions (Enterprise Software, Mobile Apps, Websites), Outsourcing, and Vertical Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify customers' pain points, and translate technologies into solutions that meet customers' business goals.
  2. Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and after-sales support services.
  3. Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and marketing events.
  4. Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.
  5. Maintain existing customer base and develop new customer base to ensure continuous business growth.
  6. Communicate and work closely with other departments to ensure overall company objectives/performance are achieved.
  7. Foster strong relationships with customers and suppliers/vendors, enabling the company to be active & leading, with speedy response time, highly profitable, and excellent payment collection position at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Experience as a software engineer.
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in a related position.
  • A strong base or network in the Information Technology (IT) industry.
  • Knowledge and experience in ERP Odoo projects.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, including consultative selling skills and commercial understanding.
