Job description

The Role

We seek a Product Manager & Sales Engineer to drive the adoption of Fluke’s portfolio while balancing product stewardship (20%) with sales execution (80%). This role is ideal for a technical sales professional who thrives on solving complex challenges and closing deals, while strategically managing product lifecycle and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Management (20%)

  • Oversee the Fluke product line lifecycle: pricing, inventory planning, and technical documentation updates
  • Collaborate with Fluke’s regional/global teams to align product launches, promotions, and training programs
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends in industrial testing and diagnostics
  • Train internal teams and distributors on Fluke’s latest technologies and applications

2. Sales Engineering (80%)

  • Proactively identify and qualify leads across industries (e.g., manufacturing plants, utilities, data centers)
  • Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and ROI-driven proposals to engineers, facility managers, and procurement teams
  • Diagnose client pain points (e.g., equipment downtime, safety compliance) and recommend tailored Fluke solutions
  • Provide post-sales support, including calibration guidance and troubleshooting
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to track leads, forecast sales, and prioritize high-value opportunities
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets for the Fluke product portfolio
  • Build relationships with distributors, OEMs, and key accounts in sectors like renewable energy and smart infrastructure
  • Represent Murada at trade shows, webinars, and industry events.

Qualifications

• Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years of combined experience in technical sales (B2B, preferably in test/ measurement tools, industrial equipment, or IoT solutions) and product management
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, calibration standards, and predictive maintenance tools
  • Proven ability to generate, follow up, and close leads (e.g., examples of meeting/exceeding sales quotas)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and fluency in English + Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)

• Preferred:

  • Experience with Fluke products or similar diagnostic/testing equipment
  • Familiarity with industrial IoT or Industry 4.0 applications
