Sales Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Build & maintain good relationship (networking) in both existing & new stream customers
• Generate sales growth in both existing & new stream customers
• Mapping market & doing market due diligence in the region.
• Collect, identify & analyst sales forecast and inventory forecasting based on potential market in the region.
• Maintain existing business in the region.
• Responsible for promoting and selling Motion products & services, including Auto Electrical & Mechanical Products.

Requirements :

• Bachelors Degree from any major.
• 3 years experience in Mining & Industrial market (both in existing customers & potential new customers).
• Excellent in communications skill, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Strong character, analytical & knowledge of the market update.
• Strong ability in sales strategies, highly motivated and target driven with proven success rate at levels above sales quota.
• Fluent in English and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Placement in Surabaya.
