SALES ENGINEER

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum Associate Degree (D3/S1) in mechanical, electrical, industrial, chemical, civil engineering or related fields.
2. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel (Pivot, etc.), PowerPoint.
3. Work honestly, tenaciously, and diligently.
4. Able to work individually and in a team.
5. Willing to work with targets.
6. Willing to travel for business outside of JABODETABEK.
7. Having a driving license is a plus.
8. In good physical and mental health.

Job Description:

1. Present information clearly and concisely about products to potential customers, mastering presentation techniques to engage interest in purchasing the company's products.
2. Have a basic understanding of technology and industry related to the products or services being sold.
3. Perform good communication and establish strong relationships with internal and external companies (dealers, sub-dealers, users, industrial companies).
4. Possess a strong sales mentality.
5. Expand business and develop relationships with both individual clients and industrial companies.
6. Assist in creating and implementing ideas and concepts related to the introduction and marketing of products.
7. Provide reports of visits and survey results with external parties.
8. Learn and develop knowledge related to products.
9. Provide sustainability analysis related to marketing activities and performance reporting.
10. Prepare tasks related to internal functions together with a team.
