Sales Engineer

Currently Adecco Indonesia is assisting a client in the Sustainable Building Materials Industry to find a skilled Sales Engineer (Remote) who can drive business growth and build strong client relationships.

What We're Looking For:

• Sales experience in bamboo/timber/wood/architectural products and garden solution sector such as decking, fencing, and panels.
• English is a must (Chinese fluency is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, KPI-driven, and adept at using online tools like LinkedIn for lead generation.
• Based in Indonesia with a local driving license.

What You'll Do:

• Drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals with bamboo/timber traders, real estate developers, and contractors (or other architectural products).
• Consult with clients to understand their challenges and present tailored solutions.
• Conduct presentations to senior decision-makers, architects, and developers.
• Collaborate with technical teams to meet client requirements.
• Analyze market trends and provide feedback to shape future strategies.
