Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales and route-to-market strategies to grow market share.
  • Build and manage strong distributor relationships to optimize sales performance.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to drive sales effectiveness and execution excellence.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Oversee sales processes, key accounts, and commercial policies to meet revenue targets.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 15+ years' experience, with at least 10 years in sales leadership roles.
  • Strong route-to-market and distributor management expertise in FMCG or Pharmaceuticals.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, drive sales, and grow key accounts.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
