Sales Data Analyst

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree (majoring in Mathematics/Industrial Engineering or related field)
• Proficient in Ms Office especially Ms Excel
• Experience of at least 2 years in a relevant field is mandatory (FMCG Industry, or a company that has a product)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented, fast learner, initiative and proactive
• Solid experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets using statistical tests and tools on advanced formulas in business settings

Job Descriptions:

• Gather and organize sales data from systems, transaction records, and external databases (delivery record).
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness by identifying and rectifying errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies.
• Utilize statistical methods to analyze sales trends, patterns, and performance indicators.
• Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards to communicate findings.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors.
• Determine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, and customer retention.
• Work closely with sales teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights.
• Propose and implement improvements to data collection processes and analytical methodologies to enhance overall efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making and improve overall sales performance.
