Job description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support SORR’s sales and client management initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating sales processes, managing customer interactions, and assisting the sales team in meeting revenue targets. This role requires effective communication with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Support: Assist with all stages of the sales cycle, including preparing proposals, tracking client communication, and processing orders.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Maintain positive customer relationships by addressing inquiries and providing follow-up support.
  3. Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales data to support strategic planning and performance monitoring.
  4. Administrative Tasks: Handle sales documentation, coordinate with marketing on promotional activities, and manage CRM updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or coordination roles is preferred.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (such as Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing client data and tracking sales processes. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with reporting or data entry.
  3. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. Ability to create professional documents, such as proposals and reports, with clarity and accuracy.
  4. Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities for handling multiple tasks and prioritizing deadlines effectively. Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and consistency in record-keeping and communication.
  5. Problem-Solving Abilities: Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and provide insights that support the sales team’s goals. Ability to handle customer issues and find quick resolutions while maintaining a positive client experience.
  6. Interpersonal Skills: Collaborative spirit to work well within a team environment and coordinate efforts across departments. Customer-focused attitude to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction.
  7. Adaptability and Initiative: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and demonstrate initiative in improving sales processes.
