• Fluently Spoken & Written Mandarin and English
• Candidate must possess minimum at least a Bachelor's Degree
• Have experience in the same position 2 years
• Good analytical thinking and have good communication skills
• Able to deliver presentation to customer and integrate technical knowledge and selling skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Good in pricing and negotiating skills
• Has own transport and willing to travel
• First priority for a candidate that has projects deal experience
• Position will be Head Office Cikarang

Job Description:

• Translate documents from Mandarin to English and vice versa
• Provide general support to each division related to business development and company management.
• Design, implement and manage corporate business development strategies
• Understand the company's products
• Identify business risks and strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Responsible for product sales
• Learn and understand company’s products and services
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, explaining products or services to customers and/or prospective customers
• Acquire and manage projects or regular maintenance orders of products
• Attend after-sales support calls and service activities
• Prepare sales and marketing related material
• Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
• Make project deals for cable tray sales & electric panel sales
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor/company management
