Sales Associate & Customer Relation

Job Description:

• Selling products or goods to customers.
• Making a customer order report.
• Inputting products into all marketplace accounts such as Tokopedia, Shopee, etc.
• Maintaining the quality of service to customers, overcoming and providing solutions to customer complaints.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have experience in sales (minimum 1 year) and able to work based on targets.
• Hard worker with a good attitude and confidence.
• Fluent in social media, especially Instagram.
• Willing to follow the training provided.
• Willing to work in Jakarta if needed.
• Preferably living in the Bogor area.
