About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and ensuring travelers are fully prepared for their trips. You’ll work closely with our reservations and marketing teams to provide seamless communication and support throughout the booking process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
2. Convert leads into bookings by delivering excellent customer service and product knowledge.
3. Assist customers with trip information, pricing, and availability.
4. Follow up with potential customers and manage the sales pipeline.
5. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment on campaigns and promotions.
6. Maintain and update the CRM system with customer details and interactions.
7. Provide post-sale support, ensuring customers have all the necessary trip details.
8. Identify and suggest opportunities to improve the sales process and customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

1. Experience in sales, travel, or customer service (preferred but not essential).
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. A passion for travel and helping people book their dream trips.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Confidence in handling objections and closing sales.
6. Experience with CRM systems or booking platforms is a plus.
