Sales Area Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies within the assigned area to achieve sales volume and profitability targets.
• Supervise promotional activities, merchandising, and distribution within the responsible area.
• Conduct regular analysis of sales data and area performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage relationships with distributors and ensure product availability at all points of sale.
• Provide direction, support, and training to the sales team to enhance work effectiveness and target achievement.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the superior related to area sales development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with 2–3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the FMCG industry or similar.
• Strong understanding of sales and distribution strategies at the area level.
• Analytical skills to interpret market trends, area performance, and competitor strategies.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to coordinate with distributors and key customers.
