Your role

We are looking for a Sales Area Manager Bandung to support our EssilorLuxottica Professional Solutions business in Indonesia. The Sales Area Manager Bandung serves as the sales head of the lens business, leading it toward growth and profitability through sales product analysis and reporting. The role requires aligning sales decisions with the strategic objectives of the lens business. You will work closely with various departments to provide insights that help shape strategies and resource allocation decisions.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for target revenue and strategic partnership with the customer.
  • Maintaining positive business relationships with key customers.
  • Identifying, developing, and managing new and ongoing business opportunities of Lenses.
  • Monitoring and achieving sales team targets and growth of the responsibility accounts.
  • Managing the sales team to execute sales and marketing plans to grow existing and new accounts.
  • Developing strategic customer and product segmentation as commercial and marketing product focus.
  • Sales revenues and growth of the responsibility accounts in Indonesia.
  • Coordination and management of account receivable for all responsibility accounts in your team coverage.
  • Account management strategy and delivery, including pre and post-sales activities, pre-call plans, marketing programs, relationship building, negotiation, proposals, reports, and presentations.
  • Working closely with related stakeholders in marketing and finance to develop programs that maximize sales potential and ensure timely execution and implementation of marketing activities and initiatives.

Main requirements:

  • Age 30-40 years old.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing/Diploma Refraksionist Optician.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Management, Sales Operations, or business development role.
  • Relevant experience in B2B and/or B2C business models.
  • Experience in the optical industry is a plus.
  • Project management experience.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Optometry knowledge is a plus.
  • Dynamic, motivated, self-driven, and able to work well independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa.
