Job Description:

• Oversee and coordinate lab and field operations to meet client expectations.
• Present and propose product solutions and applications to clients.
• Address and resolve precast/concrete issues at batching plants and job sites, offering technical advice and solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key personnel, particularly Technical, QC, and Optimization Managers.
• Stay informed about material changes, market trends, and project specifications in the precast/concrete industry.
• Analyze and understand the competition to stay ahead in the market.
• Provide training on products and precast applications to commercial teams and clients, ensuring performance meets project requirements.
• Identify and pursue precast opportunities, offering solutions and securing business, while summarizing and reviewing activities with supervisors weekly.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in related industries, with expertise in precast/concrete technology and field troubleshooting considered a strong advantage.
• Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capable of working independently with a strong work ethic, self-motivation, a positive attitude, and a focus on results.
• Proficient in Malay and English. Knowledge of additional dialects is a plus.
