Job description

A Stone Company in Tabanan, Bali looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing (Full time)

Promote the company's existing brands and launch new products in the market
Analyze budgets, prepare annual budget plans, schedule expenditures and ensure the sales team meets quotas and goals
Research and develop marketing opportunities and strategies based on consumer needs, market trends and company objectives
Collect, investigate and summarize market data to draft detailed reports and forecasts
Implement new sales plans and strategies to increase market share and revenue
Recruit, train, schedule, coach and manage the sales and marketing teams to meet the company's goals
Maintain relationships with key clients through regular visits, understanding their needs and identifying new opportunities for collaboration
Organize events, promotions and tasks related to marketing efforts
Manage social media platforms, including Instagram ads, website sales and online customer service
Oversee e-commerce platforms such as Tokopedia and Shopee as well as ensuring smooth sales operations

Indonesian citizen
Excellent in written and spoken English communication
Proven at least 2 years of experience working as a Sales and Marketing Manager or in a similar role
Strong understanding of office management, marketing principles and proficiency in Google Spreadsheets, Microsoft Office especially Excel
Experience in managing e-commerce platforms like Tokopedia and Shopee
Ability to handle social media management and Instagram ads
Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
Strong knowledge of market research techniques, consumer databases and trends
Honest, trustworthy, detail-oriented and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
