Key responsibilities

1. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
2. Lead and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance
3. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and sales initiatives
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts, making adjustments as needed to improve results
6. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive
7. Contribute to the overall business strategy and provide insights to senior management

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the Sales and Management industry
2. Proven track record of achieving sales and marketing goals, with a strong understanding of the Sales and Management industry
3. Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
6. Proficient in the use of sales and marketing technology tools and platforms
7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
