Sales and Marketing Manager

About the role

Join PT Amtra Electric as a Sales and Marketing Manager. Office and Factory based in Tigaraksa Kab. Tangerang Banten. This full-time role will see you leading the Sales and Marketing strategy for Transformer products company. You will be responsible for driving new business growth and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and expand the markets.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing the overall Sales and Marketing plan to meet revenue goals
• Managing and motivating a team of Sales professionals to deliver exceptional results
• Identifying new business opportunities and closing high-value deals
• Analyzing market trends and proposing promotional activities as a part of sales strategy
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry partners
• Reporting on Sales performance and providing recommendations to management

Expected profile:

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience as Sales Marketing Manager in electrical medium voltage business.
• Good in data analysis and interpreting market trends to inform working plan and strategic decisions.
• Experience in selling products to contractors, consultants, or company owners, and in handling projects.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing business processes will be advantageous.
• Personal qualities of the candidate: challenge-friendly, self-driven, fast learner, tactical, good understanding of projects, and good relationships with contractors, consultants, or company owners.
• Placement: Head Office and Factory at Tigaraksa Kab. Tangerang
