Sales Analyst

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Management or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Administration of Sales or Marketing from FMCG industry is an added advantage.
3. Fresh graduates are welcome.
4. Fluent in English is Mandatory.
5. Demonstrate commercial acumen.
6. Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
7. Not afraid of numbers.
8. Team player with a collaborative mindset.
9. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
10. Friendly, approachable, and easy to work with.

Jobsdesk & Responsibilities:

1. Provide admin & sales support: coordinate samples, manage resources, and handle inquiries.
2. Organize meetings, manage documents, and track reports (attendance, expenses).
3. Book travel, monitor petty cash, and assist with expense coding.
4. Onboard new employees and arrange courier services/invoices.
5. Support sales forecasting, stock planning, and performance analysis.
6. Track distributor POs, stock levels, and delivery status.
7. Assist in sales incentive calculations and reporting (daily/weekly/monthly).
8. Maintain accurate files (both electronic and physical).
9. Provide support for Xero and Peakflo apps.
