We are looking for a proactive and results-drivenOffline Sales Agentto expand our network, increase direct bookings, and build strong partnerships. This role involves working outside the office, meeting potential clients, collaborating with travel agents, and securing strategic partnerships with businesses and influencers to drive sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and establish partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and event planners.
Develop and maintain relationships with local and international travel agents and concierge services.
Generate direct bookings by targeting high-net-worth individuals, expats, and digital nomads.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and tourism fairs to promote the resort.
Create and execute sales strategies to boost occupancy during low seasons.
Actively seek out and engage potential B2B and B2C clients, ensuring long-term collaborations.
Coordinate with the reservations and marketing teams to maximize booking potential.
Qualifications & RequirementsProven experience in sales, business development, or hospitality (villa, resort, or luxury tourism experience preferred).
Strong local and international network within the tourism and hospitality industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively seek out new opportunities.
Knowledge of the Bali hospitality market and luxury travel trends.
Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
