Sales Product Admin

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This job requires an extremely high attention to detail.
• Read and understand rate contracts from suppliers in various formats.
• Load rates into our internal system with high accuracy.
• Understand how consumers use our quoting system and use it to check work.
• Load Campaign rates when directed.
• Liaising with suppliers to clarify contracts.
• Action Inventory systems to support Inventory Coordinator.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1-2 Years' experience in data entry, Hotel Sales admin, with related area experience will be beneficial.
• Fluent in English written & spoken.
• Team player.
• Good understanding of reservations & sales, inventory system allotments, and free sells.
• Familiar with OTAs, B2B, extranet, inventory systems.
• High attention to detail.
• All work is conducted in English.

Minimum Requirements:

• Tersedia jam fleksibel.
• Diperlukan 1 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini.
