Sales Admin Specialist - TECNO Indonesia

• Aligning with business needs, create data analysis report templates to track ST/SO/STOCK/SALES and other metrics. Differentiate online/offline platforms and warehouses, ensuring PSI report accuracy, real-time monitoring, anomaly detection, and risk identification to support sales strategy.
• Collate key data, share daily sales, analyze inventory and DOS, track SO achievement, flag issues, and align PSI data in regional meetings.
• Coordinate HR, retail, and regions to maintain DCR system data, update SOPs, and fix system issues.

Qualification:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in any Major (fresh graduate is welcome).
• Proficient in the use of office software, with the ability to analyze data.
• Proficiency in the use of English & excellent communication skills.
• Have an intermediate knowledge for handling data & Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in order management for agents in the mobile phone industry.
