Responsibilities:

• Handle clients of TRrecPro company, focusing on lead generation and closing deals.
• Market TRrecPro's events to both existing and new clients.
• Ensure the smooth execution of training events.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major from a reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Maximum 35 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Training Company (preferred).
• Passion for sales and maintaining client relations.
• Passion for education.
• Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work remotely.
• Ability to work independently or in a small team.
• Strong analytical thinking and relationship-building skills.
• Residing around the Serpong area is preferred.
