Ensure the safety management system runs in accordance with government regulations and corporate policies.
Ensure all safety legal and compliance aspects are properly monitored.
Ensure the proper implementation of PDCA for all leading indicators to achieve safety goals.
Conduct supervision of the workshop and warehouse areas.
Conduct supervision of the pit, stockpile, ISP & SBL port areas.
Oversee the development of subordinates according to the hierarchical structure.
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Public Health, Environmental, or Industrial Engineering.
3 to 5 years of work experience in the same position.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, especially those related to coal mining.
Ability to conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
Experience with safety audits, emergency response planning, and implementation of HSE programs.
Proficient in reporting and documentation, including use of safety management systems.
Certified POP & Auditor SMKP.
Familiarity with underground and/or open-pit mining safety procedures is a plus.
