Safety & Environment Senior Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Being reliable and independent as a Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) infrastructure for each Distribution Center (DC) nationally, where business will continue to grow and retail business continues to grow rapidly.
• Ensure WWTP processing system requirements in each DC is more efficient, effective and easy to process including chemical, tera, etc. nationally.
• Development of national Human Resources who can be relied upon to operate WWTP including monitoring quality standards testing and reporting.
• Help to monitor the availability and functionality of APARs in DC nationally.
• Assist in monitoring permits related to environmental and safety aspects in DC nationally.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree majoring in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Occupational Safety and Health (K3) with a minimum GPA of 3.20 (on a scale of 4.00).
• 5-10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience overseeing multiple distribution centers.
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety Environment, especially in Waste Water Treatment Plant for Distribution Center.
• Good knowledge of digitalization and systemization.
• Excellent analytical & communication skills.
• Good leadership skill and orientation to details.
• Willing to travel outside the city / outside the island (if needed).
• Placement: East Jakarta.
