The Jabo Strategy and Planning team is the think tank and in-house strategy overseeing overall P&L and improving growth across all vertical businesses including mobility and delivery vertical. We help realize Grab's vision of becoming Southeast Asia's superapp by delivering essential everyday services that resonate with consumers in Indonesia. Our main focus is on developing executable business strategies that align with our mission of serving the community.

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a Strategy & Planning Delivery Marketplace and Supply Assistant Manager who will be managing Marketplace & Supply for the delivery vertical. You will report to the Strategy & Planning Food & Mart Manager and will be based onsite in Grab Jakarta office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

1. Manage and optimize the delivery marketplace and supply operations to ensure timely, cost-effective, and reliable delivery of products to customers.
2. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs and execute strategic initiatives.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

1. Min. Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Engineering, or other relevant fields.
2. 3+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, and/or tech/ecommerce, with a proven track record of successful strategy implementation.
3. Strong analytical & critical thinking skills with proficiency in data analysis to solve problems and provide practical business insights.
4. Demonstrate advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English.
5. Excellent project management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
6. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and spreadsheet software (i.e., Google Spreadsheet) will be an added advantage.
