As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked to meet hotel standards and exceed guest expectations.

Requirements:

• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or similar roles in hotels.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Exhibit a positive attitude, teamwork, and excellent time-management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing supplies, and dusting surfaces.
• Ensure public areas and hallways are tidy, clean, and welcoming at all times.
• Report any maintenance issues or room discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Follow hotel policies and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing any inquiries or special requests.
