RnD System Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Ability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify business opportunities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, engineers, and product managers, to bring new ideas to life.
• Interact directly with stakeholders to gather both functional and non-functional requirements for R&D projects.
• Keep track of all system documentation and update them as necessary during the lifecycle of the system.
• Be a communication hub between developers, designers, and stakeholders during development and implementation of the system.
• Participate in Testing and Validation.
• Proactive approach to staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
• Identify potential risks, troubleshoot system issues, and propose solutions.
• Independent and actively collaborate in Team Collaboration.

Qualification:

• A bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, and business administration.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role within IT system development, particularly in the context of R&D.
• Proficient in using various business analysis tools and methodologies, system documentation (e.g., Word, Google Docs), and presentation software.
• Strong analytical skills to understand complex problems and generate technology-based solutions that are innovative.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system architecture, and database management.
• Able to think creatively and offer new perspectives in system development and technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders, both internal (development and design teams) and external (stakeholders and clients).
• Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-team collaboration in technology development.
• Continuously innovating and seeking new ways to improve the quality and effectiveness of systems.
• Willing to work full WFO in PIK 2 North Jakarta.
