Job description

Prepare training materials and deliver training modules to Collection team, fulfill training plan and to measure training effectiveness & evaluation.

What you will do

  • Conduct training and socialization to designated collection team members to achieve training objectives of all modules and materials.
  • Responsible for delivering training for all departments under the Risk Function.
  • Deliver all required training programs accomplished within the timeline to specific designated collection teams.
  • Manage training classes and activities through an end-to-end process.
  • Prepare training materials and master training manuals.
  • Provide training reports and activity updates to Training Supervisor in a timely manner.

What you will need to have

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in any major from a reputable University.
  • Preferably have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Trainer, Learning & Development specialist, or Training consultant.
  • Experience in managing online or offline training for mass position training is a plus (e.g., providing training for customer service, collection, sales agents).
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiar with training design and experienced in developing learning materials based on a learning syllabus.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Preferably currently domiciled in or willing to relocate to Medan.
