Risk Management Officer

About the role

As a Risk Management Officer at PT Panin Asset Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's continued compliance with regulatory requirements and proactively managing risk across its operations. This full-time position is located in South Jakarta, Indonesia.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and maintain a risk management framework, policies, methods, tools, and techniques.
2. Facilitate and support the risk identification and assessment process across all departments.
3. Monitor, track, and report emerging risks and unresolved issues.
4. Prepare and deliver risk profile reports on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including relevant analysis and insights.
5. Assist in the establishment and regular review of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
6. Collaborate closely with other lines of defense such as Legal, Compliance, Business Units, and IT.
7. Contribute to fostering a risk-aware culture within the organization.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or Actuarial Science.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Risk Management from Capital Market or Financial Industry.
3. Familiarity with OJK regulations, risk management policies, and financial industry best practices.
4. Experience with risk profiling and reporting tools is a plus.
5. Professional certifications (e.g., CRMP, FRM, WMI) will be an advantage.
