The Role
Prospera is seeking to engage a Consultancy or consortium to provide technical assistance to the Government of Indonesia (GoI) to further assess potential options for long-duration energy storage, specifically the use of pumped hydro energy storage (PHES).
About You
The Consultancy will be expected to provide in-depth analysis of PHES sites, as applicable in the Indonesian energy transition context. They will therefore need to demonstrate expertise in renewable energy and PHES, including the economic, technical, and environmental aspects of PHES implementation and its alignment with broader energy transition goals. The Consultancy will also need to have a specialised understanding of the Indonesian policy environment and energy sector.
This tender consists of three separate but interconnected projects. Consulting firms or consortiums must indicate in their proposal whether they are bidding for Projects 1, 2, and 3 as a whole or for a specific project. Bidding on all projects is optional. The proposal should also detail the required qualifications and skills of the team members, as well as the firm's experience relevant to each project.
Remuneration
Various – consulting firm with multiple roles. Rate is according to DFAT Adviser Remuneration Framework (ARF).
