Revenue & E-commerce Specialist | Villas Management Bali

Are you passionate about hospitality, tech-savvy, and data-driven? We’re looking for a highly motivated E-commerce Staff to join our growing villa management team. You’ll be responsible for implementing pricing strategies, analyzing performance data, and optimizing our online presence across OTAs to drive bookings and revenue.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and monitor villa listings across OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.)
• Implement strategic pricing plans aligned with market demand, booking trends, and seasonal dynamics.
• Analyze performance data (occupancy, ADR, revenue, cancellation rate) to make informed pricing decisions.
• Execute promotional strategies (last-minute, early bird, long-stay discounts) to maximize occupancy.
• Collaborate closely with revenue, reservation, and listings teams to ensure rate accuracy and strategy execution.
• Benchmark against competitors and adjust accordingly to stay competitive.
• Provide monthly reports and actionable insights on campaign and pricing performance.

Minimum Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, revenue management, or OTA account handling (hospitality industry preferred) (Fresh Graduates Are Welcome)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of OTAs, pricing models, and dynamic pricing strategies
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, and basic data reporting
• A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and time management
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience using tools like Beds24, RateInsight, PriceLabs, or similar
• Background in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, or performance ads
• Understanding of hospitality operations and guest expectations
