3. Used to Training Need Analysis, Training Design & Development, Training Delivery, Coaching, and Training Evaluation
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Experience in mentoring (Softskill)
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Driven and motivated
8. Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn
9. Attractive Personality

Jobdesk

• Develop curriculum to support classroom training and regular refreshment training
• Conduct timely constructive feedback and counseling of the trainees
• Design and evaluate training material for technical/soft skills training
• Arrange and deliver operation training, both for new hire and existing customer services
• Responsible for the training administration and report
