(Retail Supply Chain) Finance Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Assistant Manager/Manager to join our dynamic finance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing end-to-end finance processes, and supporting strategic financial planning to drive our company's financial health and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance operations, an analytical mindset, and a passion for optimizing financial performance within an SAP-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive Monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets.
• Conduct General Ledger (GL) reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards during month-end closures.

Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP):

• Oversee and manage AR and AP functions to maintain optimal cash flow and support timely financial transactions.

Cost & Inventory Management:

• Calculate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) to reflect accurate production costs.
• Review and monitor inventory movements and ensure proper accounting and valuation of inventory.

Budgeting & Cash Flow:

• Support financial planning through annual budget monitoring and providing insights to improve financial performance.
• Prepare and analyze cash flow statements to forecast cash needs and improve cash flow management.

Audit & Compliance:

• Serve as a liaison with external auditors to ensure smooth audits and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Willing to work at Cikarang, West Java.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or professional qualifications equivalent to or above an S1 degree.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in finance or accounting roles, with experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and SAP system usage.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP (prioritized) and advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, budget management, and cost control.
• Language Proficiency: Strong command of English to effectively communicate with stakeholders and management.
