Retail Site Acquisition Manager/ Assistant Manager (Mall)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Search and find location for opening new store for retail business.
2. Survey and analyze location / feasibility study.
3. Negotiate with landlord / owner / developer.
4. Plan & map potential area for retail location.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Required skills: Negotiating, Site Acquisition, Site Survey, Networking.

Minimum 10 years of working experience in business development and channel development field (preferably in retail business). We are also open to Assistant Manager level with minimum 3-4 years working experience.

Experience: Experienced in the Retail industry and opening stores in malls. Talents with leasing experience are also welcome to apply.

Able to work under pressure.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Willing to travel and be placed in Jakarta Office.
