YOUR TASKS

The Retail Outlet Officer will be responsible for revenue generated from multi-sector customers from a geographically assigned sales territory, by servicing and retaining existing customers and targeting new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

• To run and deliver customer-centric service in the retail outlet.
• Implement standardized guidelines, procedures, and monitor store performance.
• Responsible for sales target by month and driven by selling incentive.
• Maintain retail outlet cash shipment data.
• Coordinate and consolidate data between retail outlet and country office.
• Track store performance through a store scorecard sheet.
• Implement store hours.
• Be committed to integrity, persistence, and a “people-first” attitude.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Minimal Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Have passion and experience in Sales.
• Having experience as a salesperson will be an advantage.
• Good in Bahasa & English communication skills.
• Well-groomed and well-mannered.
• Willing to be placed anywhere in the Bandung area.
