Job Title: District Manager, Fashion Retail

Job Summary:
Our client, a leading fashion retail company, is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic District Manager to lead their team in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive store performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit individual stores to review performance and operations
- Hire or fire staff as necessary
- Ensure all stores are working towards higher profitability
- Check the financial details of each store to ensure accuracy
- Ensure adherence to company policies across all stores
- Provide troubleshooting solutions in times of problems
- Suggest locations for new stores and closures of existing stores

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- Flexible and willing to travel
- Deep knowledge of sales and marketing strategies in retail
- Creative thinker with the ability to devise new plans to increase store productivity
- Strong interpersonal skills and computer literacy
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
