Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong connections with retail channels, including Bakery Ingredients Store, Modern Trade, General Trade, E-commerce, and other retail outlets.
Channel Strategy: Identifying the most effective marketing techniques and sales strategies for reaching end-user bakery customers via retail channels.
Performance Optimization: Monitoring and assessing channel performance, pinpointing areas for enhancement, and executing corrective actions.
