To coordinate with the related departments on procuring retail’s stock and to maintain stock levels efficiently
OPERATIONAL
Taking charge of the operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly
Responsible for hiring, onboarding, training new employees
Providing ongoing coaching and feedback to the team to ensure high performance
Handling customer inquiries, complaints and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience
Assisting in achieving sales goals by promoting products, running sales campaigns and motivating the team to upsell the products
Managing stock levels and conducting regular inventory checks
Coordinating with vendors and consignments to ensure good communication
Sourcing new ideas to implement in the retail store
Ensuring products are properly displayed and organized to maximize sales
Ensuring all stores are clean, hygienic, and organized to meet the company standards for presentation, safety and security
Generating sales reports, tracking performance and reporting to the General Manager, as needed
Responsible for any issues or challenges that arise in the Retail Department whether with customers, staff or operations
Completing store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning staff efficiently
Responsible for market merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios
Securing merchandise by implementing security systems and measurements
Maintaining operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing programs, operational, and creating policies and procedures
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
GENERAL
Providing correct information regarding all facilities availability in the park
Cooperating and maintaining a good relationship with superiors, staff, and vendors
EMPLOYEE HANDLING
Accommodating and communicating all information from Management and staff to nurture a harmonious relationship
Developing a solid team by implementing and coaching staff
Motivating staff to increase guest satisfaction by implementing hands-on management
Maintaining a good working atmosphere in the outlet while keeping staff aware of good and disciplined behavior
Monitoring all retail staff and giving direct correction if any behavior occurs that is not according to SOP
Planning and conducting training for retail staff
REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication skills; English is a must
More than 2 years of experience in Fashion/Apparel/FB Retail industry
Experience in retail management
Excellent customer service skills

Strong organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
